Concept had recently supplied Fitzgerald Plant Services with a 40' x 20' (12m x 6m) 5-section ground floor modular office building.

After moving their staff into the building Fitzgerald decided they now needed an upper floor to be added - urgently! We explained that we could put additional modules on top of the existing building without the need for any structural modifications - in fact these types of buildings can be stacked three high!

To help keep costs down they used their own lorries to collect the modules from our Nottingham depot and delivered them directly to their site in Cwmbran, Wales.  Having also just bought a new crane it was also a great opportunity for our client to put it to the test and it passed with flying colours!

Our client got the Office & Welfare accommodation he wanted and needed so, all in all, a job well done by everyone involved!
