“We approached Concept at the onset of 'Lockdown 1' with an outline requirement for additional welfare accommodation at one of our major hubs near Leeds. This project rapidly gathered pace as we wanted to implement new government social distancing measures, ensuring our staff were provided with a safe and controlled welfare environment. Following remote meetings with Marcos and his team we agreed upon a design for a bespoke two storey 48 section modular building consisting of canteen and changing areas. The design included a designated one way system throughout the building, supplemented by galvanised steel stairways provided safe access to both floors. It’s the first major project we have worked on with Concept and we will absolutely be coming back to them again. ” PW - Senior Project Engineer
