Pre-owned
& Refurbished Accommodation
Many of our
customers purchase refurbished units as a cost effective method
of minimising capital outlay for a product that is often essential
to their needs. The cost of a refurbished unit is significantly
cheaper than renting or buying a traditional building. Our customer
base is as diverse as our product range - we supply offices with
additional working space; factories and warehouses with canteens,
offices and toilet facilities; schools and colleges with classrooms
and storage units. Building
and construction companies regularly purchase steel secure stores
for use on sites for the storage of valuable materials and equipment
that are liable to theft.
Our refurbishment
centre produces high quality units that are delivered and installed
directly to your premises, or site, ready for immediate use. We
refurbish units both externally and internally providing a finished
product that is tailored to your needs. Externally units can be
painted in any B.S. colour to suit your corporate livery and have
additional doors or windows, either single or double glazed. Wire
mesh guards or shutters can also be supplied to give additional
security. Internally units can be lined with a vinyl faced plasterboard,
which has an attractive and durable finish, comparable with most
units that are currently manufactured. We also regularly fit partitions,
toilets, showers and kitchen facilities in our units, tailoring
them to your exact requirements.
We endeavour
to meet all budget ranges and to provide our customers with high
quality refurbished accommodation at an affordable price. However,
some customers visit our sales premises to buy units 'as is' at
a discounted cost enabling them to complete their own alterations
and refurbishment. All
units are available for inspection and viewing prior to purchase

With an ever
changing fleet of units we are able to offer all units for either
long, or short time hire. All sizes are available from stock and
delivery is available throughout mainland UK.
From a single
secure store to a double stacked and linked complex of buildings,
we have the capacity to ensure all requirements are met. The sales
team are willing to assist in helping you to select the appropriate
unit for your needs. Site surveys and assessments are also carried
out if required to establish accessibility and feasibility for the
installation of units.
All units are
available for inspection prior to delivery to site. We will even
complete modifications and alterations to suit your specific requirements.
